What "Managed" Means Here
Every hosting plan includes the platform. We own the servers, the network, the mail systems, and the hardware your VPS runs on, and we keep all of it patched, monitored, and backed up. That is not an upgrade. That is the product.
Managed goes one layer up: we look after what you put on the platform, so nobody on your team has to. On a website that means your WordPress, plugins and all. On email it means your mailboxes, and the records that keep your mail out of spam folders. On a VPS it means the operating system inside the box. And if you would rather not think about the application running on it either, we will run that too.
We always run the platform. Managed means we also run what's on it.
Moving From Your Current Host
Many businesses come to us during a difficult migration, after a failed migration, or because they are concerned about what could go wrong with an upcoming migration. Poorly planned moves can cause downtime, break forms or integrations, and interrupt email without anyone noticing until days later.
We take a controlled approach. DNS changes are coordinated, the site is tested in the new environment, form and email delivery are verified, and the configuration is documented so it can be supported properly after launch. Any expected downtime is identified in advance, not discovered during the move.

For business websites and web applications that need more than basic shared hosting. We keep the hosting environment patched, monitored, backed up nightly, and scanned for malware. Every website hosting plan also includes standard IMAP and POP email, spam filtering, and security scanning.
Plans are based on storage, with the same core platform and capabilities included at every tier. Choose the storage capacity that fits your needs without paying separately for essential features.
We support WordPress and other content management systems without tying you to a single platform. When a site depends on plugins, custom themes, integrations, or third-party services, we account for those dependencies when planning updates, maintenance, and backups. Those components are often where compatibility problems begin.
With Managed Website Hosting, we also maintain the WordPress application itself. This includes plugin and theme updates, troubleshooting issues caused by those updates, and completing routine content changes such as text edits and image replacements.
Business Email: Two Ways to Do It
Email is the tool your business genuinely cannot lose for a day, so we offer two ways to run it.
Standard email (IMAP) is simple, reliable, and cheaper to run. It suits teams who mainly need mailboxes that work, without shared calendars or Microsoft's collaboration tools. Spam and phishing filtering comes through SpamTitan.
Microsoft 365 with Exchange suits teams who live in shared calendars, shared mailboxes, and scheduling across devices, or who want Microsoft 365 as the standard platform for everything. Threat protection is handled by Microsoft Defender for Office 365. We also handle Microsoft licensing for the wider suite: Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra.
Which one? The deciding question is almost always collaboration. If you need shared calendars and shared mailboxes that behave consistently for everyone, Exchange is the answer. Add Managed Email and the admin becomes ours: creating and closing accounts, quotas, spam rules, and the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that decide whether your mail lands in inboxes or spam folders. On Microsoft 365 that extends to quarantine, Defender, and phishing rules.
VPS and Dedicated Servers
A VPS is the right call when shared hosting has run out of room but a dedicated machine would be overkill. It gives you isolated resources and control over how the server is built. Dedicated servers are available too, for heavier applications or requirements that do not fit a standard box.
A VPS usually makes sense when you have:
- A custom application that needs a specific server configuration or software stack

- Internal tools or customer-facing services that need dedicated resources and isolation
