Customer Notice
When you purchase a product or service from DigiTimber, we store information about you that is required to verify, validate, process and maintain your order. This includes your name and contact details together with your payment method details. Credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use PayPal and Stripe to store all credit card information. No payment information is stored on DigiTimber's services.

DigiTimber strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Distribution of Personal Information
DigiTimber does not distribute personal information to any third parties. Should this policy change, DigiTimber will not distribute any previously collected information without your prior express consent. Please be aware that it may be possible, depending on your use of various features on DigiTimber, that some of your personal information is available on publicly accessible web page(s). One example would be posting personal information on a hosted website or purchasing a domain without privacy protection.

Consent to expose some of your personal information in these cases is implied by the use of these features. DigiTimber may use the information it collects from you for any legal purpose including, without limitation, for providing products and services, identification and authentication, Service operation, analytics and improvements, support, contact (e.g., sending notifications related to use of the Service), marketing and promotions, research, and anonymous reporting. We may combine Automatically Collected Information with other information we collect about you to improve site functionality and the services we offer you, and for Service and both internal and external marketing analytics. Phone Calls and Messages. By providing us your phone number, you are consenting to us or our partners contacting you about your services and you understand that providing your number is not a condition of purchasing any DigiTimber product or service. DigiTimber may contact you at any telephone number you have provided us, including phone numbers you have made publically available on your DigiTimber website(s) for:

Account notifications;
Account troubleshooting;
Dispute resolution;
Debt collection; or
As necessary to service your account or enforce our Terms of Service and policies, applicable law, or any other agreement we may have with you.

Publicly Accessible Information. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, like blogs, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Domain Registrations. Please note, standard domain registration shows some of your personal contact information in the public WHOIS database.

Testimonials. We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at testimonials@digitimber.com.

(b) Sharing. DigiTimber does not share personal information we learn about you from your use of the Service with others except as described in this Privacy Notice.

Completion of Transactions. DigiTimber may share your personal information on a secured basis where it is necessary to complete a transaction; to operate, improve, or communicate to you about the Service; to detect fraud or compliance with export regulations; or to do something that you have asked us to do. We use other third parties such as payment processors to bill you for goods and services.

Research, Promotions, Sweepstakes and Contests. From time to time, DigiTimber or a partner may sponsor a research panel, promotion, sweepstake, or contest on DigiTimber. You may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address, or home address, or to answer questions in order to participate. This information will be used strictly for purposes of the research panel, promotion, sweepstake, or contest administration and fulfillment.
